    Absolutely amazing apartment in just 5 minutes from a Keio line station. Everything that you need for a comfortable stay is there, including a microwave, a washing machine, a bathtub, and a heater (it was a bit cold when I arrived). I wish there were some English labels on the appliances, but I've got around just fine with Google Translator. Overall I can recommend this to anybody who wants to have a comfortable stay for a reasonable price.

    Actually, the room is a bit small, the furniture is a bit old, but I just need a place to shower and go to bed after a day of commuting to work, so that's OK. In addition, the washing machine is quite convenient when I bring not too many changes of clothes that need to be washed every day.

    子供の大學受験の付き添いでこちらに10連泊しました。駅近で築20年程の鉄筋ワンルームマンションです。部屋が1階のため防犯の面で不安でしたが、実際は少し高めの1階(1.5階)だったので良かったです。トイレと浴室が別々なので便利でした。なぜだか滯在中に浴室設備の業者が來て、仕方なくシャワー交換工事に立ち會いました。こういうのは空室時に行うべきで、事前の連絡もなく、いきなり男性2人を部屋に入れるのはかなり勇気が要りました。気をつけてください。シャワーは新しくなりましたがその他の家電製品はかなり年季が入っており、電子レンジは89年製と表示がありました！問題無く使えましたが(笑)。天井の電球が切れて點かなかったため少し薄暗かったです。洗濯機の糸くずフィルターに前のゲストの糸くずが殘っていて気になりました。いろいろ不具合がありましたが、全體的にはビジネスホテルの半額以下の料金で泊まれたので、まあこんなものかなと。

    Everything are OK. Some bedroom furniture (blankets, pillows, mattresses) are a bit old, but I need only a well sleep after a hard day walking so it seem not to be a problem. One more thing, I want to check in on time. The last time I arrived at 3pm, the room was still being cleaned.

    Although the furniture is a bit old and messy, it is still enough for a good night's sleep after a day of traveling around. Opposite HachimaYama station there is also a very large food supermarket and you can cook dishes according to your hometown's taste.
